Danksgiving Food Competition Judging Criteria
Get ready to experience some of the best dishes, where chefs will be judged on the following:
- Taste (50%)Flavor: How well do the ingredients blend together? Creativity: Are the flavors unique or unexpected? Consistency: Is the texture just right? Freshness: Every bite should taste fresh and high quality.
- Presentation (25%)Visual Appeal: Does the dish look mouthwatering? Portion Size: Is the serving just the right amount? Cleanliness: The dish should be neatly presented.
- Customer Service (25%)Friendliness: How welcoming and approachable is the chef/team? Professionalism: Are they efficient and knowledgeable when talking about the dish? Dish Presentation: How well do they explain the ingredients, inspiration, and special features of their dish?
