St. Louis, MO – October 21 – STL Pot Chef is excited to announce the Danksgiving Food Competition, happening on November 24th from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Little Bevo in St. Louis. This culinary showdown will feature 10 of the city’s top cannabis-infused chefs and artist, with attendees serving as the judges in this delicious competition!
As you taste the prepared dishes and vote for your favorites, DJ Kimmy Nu will keep the energy going throughout the afternoon, Beam Photos & Production will be capturing memories with the 420 photo booth creating an exciting and vibrant atmosphere.
Returning champion Chef Terri Jayne, owner of Gateway Grub, is back to defend her title, facing stiff competition from:
Homegrown Family, STL’s Pot Chef Blazed & Infused Best Sides Champion competing in three categories: starter, desserts, and sides.
Chef Bailey, presenting his rich and flavorful Pan-Seared Chicken Thigh with braised greens, confit potato, and truffle demi-glace.
Chef Marca Nicole of Food Fairy Kitchen, showcasing her Smoked Turkey, Brie & Cranberry Sliders and Vegetarian Creole Cornbread Bites.
Untamed Treats, offering their standout Infused Stuffed Turkey.
Each dish will be infused with a low dosage of premium cannabis and prepared with love. The winning chef will walk away with up to $400 and a trophy for each category winner.
Not only can you enjoy these delicious dishes in 5 incredible categories (Starter, Side, Main, Vegan/Vegetarian,and Desserts), but competitors will also have infused items for purchase, including infused honey and infused pecan pies from Homegrown Family, infused sauces from Gateway Grub, and infused butter & sugar from STL's Pot Chef—just to name a few.
We’re also partnering with Homegrown Family for a Holiday Toy Drive. Providing toys and joys to local underserved kids. Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event, and you’ll receive a free cannabis-infused shot, free honey sample, and a discount on tickets for the upcoming Munchie Market in December!
